The Belfast Metropolitan College e3 economic development building opened its doors in April 2012. It is a significant investment for the North and West Belfast area that will promote employability, entrepreneurship and enterprise.
Robinson Fitout Ltd were happy to be the approved supplier for the supply and installation of the specialist furniture which included the Main Reception Desk, Resource Desk, Canteen furniture & Laboratory Equipment Benching.
The main feature was the Main reception desk which conceptual design was inspired by "Eddie van Halen's infamous guitar design". The design brief was given by the client and Robinsons took pride in making the concept become a very distinguished piece of specialist furniture. The chosen material was Hi Macs Sold Surfacing with Mirror polished Stainless Steel insets. The back display incorporated an aquatic fish tank which added to the unique design envisaged by the Client at design stage.
